Branding

First Stop, part of Bridgestone, executes a subtle and delicate rebranding, moving to a more customer-centric model, necessitating a complete repositioning of the company.

 

double-id developed a solid Corporate Identity Book, with full branding, customer experience and store identity. From the first creative brief, to the final delivery, we take an in-depth analysis of the brand positioning and we conceive the brand guidelines as a usability tool, developing also a unique Customer Journey section, that facilitate the company in its relationships with dealers and partners.
